Clubhouse

The Clubhouse may be reserved in advance by contacting the Association Manager through the Bristol Bay website. Please check the Events Calendar on the Association website for dates the Clubhouse is in use.

Following usage of the Clubhouse, the following procedures must be completed:

  1. Refrigerator must be emptied of all food.
  2. Kitchen must be clean and tidy and all dishes cleaned and put away.
  3. Tables and chairs must be wiped clean and put back in place.
  4. Floors must be vacuumed. The vacuum is in the closet by the sofa.
  5. Window blinds must be down and closed.
  6. Thermostat must be turned down to 65 degrees in the winter, or up to 78 degrees in the summer.
  7. Lights and fans must be turned off and doors locked.
  8. No overnight occupancy (sleeping) is allowed and Quiet Hours are to be observed.
Management will inspect the Clubhouse after use. If the Clubhouse is not left in proper order the Owner will be billed for cleanings and damages.

There is no lifeguard on-duty. Use at your own risk.

  1. Hours of operation are 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
  2. Children under 10 years must be supervised by an adult and use flotation devices, if applicable.
  3. No glass containers of any kind are allowed in the fenced pool area.
  4. No pets are allowed in the fenced pool area.
  5. No diving, running, or horseplay is allowed in the fenced pool area.
Pool furniture is not to be removed from the fenced pool area.
Docks & Slips

Docks and Slips

All Boat Slips are privately owned. Please be courteous and respect the personal property of others when using the Docks.

  1. No swimming is allowed off the Docks.
  2. Children under ten years of age are not allowed on the Docks without adult supervision and without wearing an appropriate flotation vest.
  3. No running or horseplay is allowed on the Docks.
  4. No grilling or cooking near the Dock area.
  5. Do not place any article on or use other Owners’ Boats, PWCs, Dock Boxes or Dock Lockers.
  6. Keep all personal items out of center walkways unless currently being used.
  7. Hoses and other items must be hung within the confines of individual slips, not the center walkway or the Dock fingers.
  8. Boat bows may not extend over walkways.
  9. GFI electrical outlets must be installed for each Boat and PWC Hoist on the same side as the Hoist control box.
  10. Extension cords are not allowed to operate the Hoist.
  11. Hoists should be placed in the up position if not being used for 24 hours.
  12. Dock Boxes must be white fiberglass. Locker type maximum dimensions: 84” long X 22” deep X 23” high.  Cabinet type maximum dimensions: 50” wide X 25” deep X 73” high. Dock Boxes should be located on the shore side finger of the boat slip. Exceptions to this rule may be granted by the Board of Directors.
  13. Extensions built inside of a Slip or other modifications need to be approved by the Board.
  14. Owners are responsible for damage to the Dock structure resulting from incorrectly installed Hoists. Front-mounted Boat Hoists are not allowed.
  15. Side boards that hold the concrete deck slabs in place around the inside of each Boat Slip and at each PWC Slip must be 2” x 6” lumber and contain/overlap the concrete slabs by a minimum of 2-inches. The side boards must be attached with No.12, 2¾”, galvanized self-tapping screws or ¼” diameter galvanized round-head bolts.
  16. Boat weather/sun screens must be green.
  17. Boat covers of the “shower curtain/wrap around” type must be tan.
  18. Boats must be of the size and character suited to the Slip and not be a navigational hazard. Owners assume all risk and any damage that may occur to other watercraft if a navigational hazard exists.
  19. Kayaks stored on the docks must be located inside the perimeter of the slip’s water space, either by the use of kayak storage brackets or placing the kayak in the slip. Storage brackets must be attached to the purlins with clamps; drilling into the purlins is prohibited.
  20. Use of individual Slips without the approval of the Slip Lessee is not allowed.
  21. Slip Lessee may only sub-lease their Slip to another Bristol Bay Owner.
  22. Overnight docking is not allowed at the end of the Docks.
  23. All Boats and PWCs are to enter and leave the no-wake cove at idle speed.
  24. All Boat and PWC Lease Assignments must be approved by the Board of Directors.
